After updating, i loaded in and my toxicity level is well over the threshold. Naturally I am losing health. I have drank white honey and have also meditated but the tox level is not decreasing.

I have the same problem. I loaded an old save. I haven't played Witcher in a long time, so I thought I was doing something wrong but toxicity is always high even after use of white honey.
