Well, i downloaded DLC wallpaper pack, after the installation.
Anyway, i had 72gb in download queue, no other games or anything, only Witcher 3 + DLC.
No worries, i have a fast ISP with limitless data, i just tried to demonstrate that we need new installers badly.

But the GOTY Installer already exist, why do you don't give that to all Customers with booth DLCs

Because it's a different package. Not the content, the marketing package.

Better than how it was left, thanks CDPR/GOG, still would've prefered it as an all-in-one (DLC/Expansions).

Sorry, but why does that matter? There are absolutely NO costs if GOG/CDPR would give everybody who already bopught the complete content access to the GOTY release by adding it to their account (this way it could not even be sold away). So why on earth does it even matter if the GOTY release and the ones we all bought here are logically different products? The point here is that it would be a nice gesture for early buyers. Here the message is clear: don't do it. That is bad marketing.

But still I thank Judas for at least updating the three main installers.

Because things have to be logged, structured, classified. The GOTY is sold separately, but it has nothing to do with cost. The same reason that you will not see GOTY as "owned" on your shelf: you have not purchased that particular package. Like I said, it's the package, not the content.

And due to some limitation in other platforms, GOTY version does not share trophy with original version.
They are totally the same game, but trophy system see them as two different games.

This has nothing to do with GOG being a give-away jamboree or not. In fact this all has to do with doing good business, keeping customers and earning more money - it's called incentive!. If GOG treats early cusomers worse than late customers in future they won't buy early meaning they buy when the game gets (much) cheaper meaning GOG earns LESS money. There is a reason why this (offering an upgrade for free) has happened so often in the past. Just look at "Van Helsing", "Darksiders 2", "Cognition", "Bioshock" ect. And now one of the so called most user friendly developer CD-Project Red is not willing to go this step? I guess I will have to wait until the GOTY release before I buy another game from them - which probably would cost me half - so there's that.

No. You did that. I stated a fact.

A fact is not the necessarily the same as an argument. You stated the fact that it is a different product logistically and the fact that GOG is not a give-away jamboree. I gave an argument why it is in GOG's gest interest to offer the GOTY version to everybody who already bought the package separately. The fact that it is (only logistically) a different product does not matter and should also not be a problem technically. As I said before (without any counter argument) many companys did so in the past and they had their reasons.

Oh yes, CDPR thank you that we finally (nearly) got what every new GOTY buyer had from day one and thank you that we will never have the same as them because we were so stupid to buy the game earlier and give you more money.
