Anyone else having an issue with the new game plus not being able to be applied to the game because it says that it doesn't work with this patch? it's telling me to update to the latest version

Yes it working, you need to patch game too 1.08.2

if the end of DLC name are 2.0.0.37 you must applied minimum of patch 2.0.0.37
