I've just started a new game + and I'm at the beginning, in the White Orchard's tavern.
I've beaten the scholar from Oxenfurt, he gave me the Zoltan Chivay card and he told me about Stjepan, the innkeeper in Oxenfurt, but no mission appeared on the journal.
Is this normal or is it a bug?

Yes I know, I've already finished the game, but I remember I got that quest the first time.
Oh well, I'll wait and see ;)

Just started NG+ a few days ago. Had the same notice without a quest entry. Figured I get it somewhere in Velen.
Don't know about you, but in my NG+ the innkeeper in WO had an unlimited supply of decoy cards. I bought 3 from her and she kept getting new ones in her inventory.

I can't even install the "new game+" patch. Installed everything else, just not that one.

It reads: "This version of the base game is not supported. Please update your game version with the latest patch".

I have updated everything, but still tells me this.

Any suggestions?
