I have not been able to find any Nekker hearts, I've killed tones of nekkers but have no hearts, I can not find Nekker Warriors. Anyone know a good place to find some.

You need to kill Nekker Warriors not the regular Nekkers.
I highly suggest you save before killing the warriors because there is a chance you wont get the heart.
Monster Nests that are being protected by Nekker seem to drop Nekker Heart.
Locations that ive found Hearts are:
Southeast Monster Nest of Hindhold
West Monster Nests (there are 4) of Benek. With 3 Nekker Warriors
Northwest of the Hanged Mans Tree there is a Monster Den with 3 Nekker Warriors
