after the downloaded and updated the game with the patch 1.08 and the gog.galaxy the game doesn't start what i hjave to do?

Are you getting a error message?
Is the game running in the background (task manager)?
Have you upgraded your display drivers?
Have you upgraded your OS to Windows 10?
Are any mods installed?

i have to install win 10 ? Now i have win 7

No. I asked if you have installed Windows 10. Please read my questions.

O.K. so there is no error message and the game isn't running in the background after you clicked play?

And there is nothing related to Witcher 3 shown in Windows Task Manager?

If yes try this:

Q.: When I start the game nothing happens, but I can see the application running in the background.

A.: There has been a solution circling around that worked for quite a few people, thanks to Hycinthus:

1. Uninstall Galaxy
2. Open command line (Start->type "cmd" -> right click "cmd.exe" and click "run as administrator")
3. Type sc delete GalaxyClientService
sc delete GalaxyCommunication
4. Go to //gamedir\bin\x64 and rename or delete galaxy.dll
5. Launch the game, an error message will pop up, but the next time you start it everything should be fine

If this doesn`t help:

1. Are you using mods for Witcher 3?
2. Is there an error log in the Witcher 3 game folder?
3. Does the same happen if you start the game without Galaxy?
4. Were you able to play the game before you patched it?
5. Do you fulfill the mimimum system requierements?

Please answer as many questions as possible. More information = better help to find the problem.

unfortunatly the game doesn't start and error come out all time i try to start the game..

And this error says what?

the program can't start becouse galaxy.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the prgram to fix this problem

yes i have done it but the game doesn't start..
maybe i have to unistall all and reinstall?

Hmm... maybe. But first I would reinstall Galaxy and update it after this. If the game doesn't work I would use the repair feature (more button). You should write to GOG support if all this doesn't help. I am out of ideas. Sorry.
