Ok folks trying to mod the witcher 3 and I've got my mods folder in C:\Programfiles(86)GalaxyClient\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods

Now I unzipped "The Gwent Card Dealer mod into the above folder and loaded the game and when I check the person at crowes perch for what he's selling he's got no gwent cards at all.

So I tried the MoreQuickSlots mod which is suppose to give you more quick slots unzipped to my mod folder fired up the game, loaded a save and hit the Tab button. There is still the same amount of quick slots.

Now all my mods are for version 1.22 which is the latest TW 3 game files. I do have the one mod for using the console codes and it works just fine.

Any and all help with this would be appreciated as I would love to get my mods back on that I lost before version 1.22.
I think your problem could be, that you just unzipped the game. Let me give you an example:

The mods rar file is called something like: superAwesomeStuff_1.32.rar and you unzip it in your .\Mods folder.
This could lead to a file structure like this: ".\Mods\superAwesomeStuff_1.32\modSuperAwesomeStuff\contents".
However, in Witcher 3 a mod's folder structure should be the following (in the mods folder): "mod<Name>\content". This means every mod should be named modSomething (the leading mod is essential and it must contain a mod folder).

Now I'll have to admit that You've completely lost me on what you said. After all I'm installing the mods for which they say to manually install them. and none of them are working. And I know that they are all version 1.22 mods for which I'm using. Before 1.22 all you did was unzip the mods and drop the files to the mods folder and run the game.
And it's still the same for 1.22. Did you change anything else? Assuming from your description you have used mods on your installation before?

Other than for updating of the game to version 1.22 and adding the B&W DLC there is nothing for which has been changed at all. Everything is up to date hardware drivers and software.
Have you used the Script Merger utility tool (available on the Nexus)? Depending upon what mods you are using, you could very well have some conflicts there preventing one or the other from working.

As for the mods for which I've got they are as follows:

Script Merger
Custom localization Fix
Always Full Exp
Auto apply oils
Better Horse Equipment
More Quick Slots
New Mutagens
Sell Contracts
The Gwent Card Dealer

I've tried the installing one mod at a time as well and to no avail.
