I've looked into this issue and most people say that switching pre rendered frames to 1 is fixing it. For me it's still a pretty big problem. Even pulling a steady 65/70 FPS I am still getting stuttering in densenly populated areas or anywhere I ride my horse. Anyone else having this issue?
I've tried switching to the lowest possible settings and though my FPS increase, it still happens.

Patch 1.05 Supposed to fix the camera smoothness(micro stutter).

I hope it fixes it. I haven't been able to play for the past week it gets so bad.

Does playing on fullscreen instead of borderless fullscreen do you any good? It always reduces my stuttering...
I had various glitches when I was playing with Crossfire enabled. After I disabled it, most of them are gone, but stuttering still happen from time to time, mostly when swimming now, even if Steam's FPS counter does not detects' it.

I've tried with and without fullscreen enabled. It still happens (maybe not as much) on fullscreen. It is still pretty distracting.
This worked wonders for me:

This helped a lot. I downloaded RTSS and capped myself at 45FPS, it's running really well now. Thanks a lot!
