After enabling the page file I haven't get any warnings because of low memory but witcher3.exe still floods my memory.

As I have already written in my previous post above, after playing for 2 or 3 hours the game allocates up to 6 GB of memory. Now I doesn't get warnings anymore but then the game starts to lag because of swapping memory contents to the HDD and backwards.

Only restarting the game helps.
The same here.
You think this is bad, I play SWTOR and that is so badly optimised that it uses so much ram its ridiculous, 5 gigs of my 8 gigs to run a game that graphically isn't that demanding. I have an R9 290 Vapour-x and it even kills the frame rate on that, if I'm in an 8 man operation it sits at about 19-25 fps when in combat but goes all the way down to 9.5fps in a 16 man operation while in combat, every other game I don't go down to less than 50fps on full load.

Witcher 3 I get 60+fps in the day and about 50-55fps at night on ultra settings, I know its not an MMO but it just shows how badly optimised the SWTOR engine is.
Are you playing through GOG Galaxy?

If I start the game with Galaxy running, I will get crashes fairly quickly due to low memory, but if I just play without Galaxy, there's no problems. Well, 'no problems' is a stretch, but it will play stably for hours.
Disabling page file will cause issues when running programs that require a large amount of memory, such as this game.

I'm playing without Galaxy as just like Origin these things are known to cause issues.
