Hi
I am playing The Witcher 3 and one quest has you ringing a bell, it tells that you place in your pocket in your inventory,you are to press the RB key.
I think that RB key is for a controller as a PC keyboard has no such key, what is the equivalent key on a PC keyboard?

Set whichever key you wish in the Keybinding option. For me, I have it set to mouse button 4.

It's middle mouse button by default. Basically anything (excluding Signs) that you can choose through the TAB (crossbow, torch, bombs) is activated by MMB.

If I were to reset the key binding I would need to know what function the RB key has on the controler.

I don't use a controller, but I'm not sure what you mean. The function of any key/button is what the application or game sets it. You can see what function it has by default in Witcher 3 by going into Options / Controller Scheme.

So I need to find someone that has a controler, take a look and tell me what RB is set to then I can look to see what mine is set at and change it to a different key.

According to the controller scheme in-game, it is Use Quick Access Item.

Your game will show the controller scheme. I do not have a controller, I use keyboard/mouse, and the controller options are there regardless, though they obviously won't function.
