I am getting some weird issues ever since the new patch. My graphics are doing some strange things like a black circle that follows where I walk . I am on a Olfieri quest as to where he was attacked. No enemies, no chests, weird sounds... anyone else getting this?

no, but it sounds like the patch isnt installed correctly. try to reinstall the patch and/or the complete game, normally it should work.
