I have such a problem that after downloading Witcher 3, the game begins to configure, and then shows INSTALLATION ERROR: CONFIGURATION PROBLEM. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the witcher and the launcher but it did nothing

Try launch gog galaxy with admin mode and add gog galaxy folder to exclude list in your antivirus
