Someone help. It shows install failed but offers no reason, no error. Nothing to go on. I have no clue.

Is this a new installation or an update? If it's an update try verify/repair.

It is a new install. I just bought the game and was hoping to play it but install failed.

First, you have attached an image with your Windows activation code displayed. Remove it!

Second, did you buy the game from gog.com or did you buy it somewhere else and install it via Galaxy? Don't need details of your computer, but DO need details of the steps you took, from buying it to installing it.

Game is working now. All I had to do was close and restart the GOG Galaxy client, and it then showed up as playable.

Try downloading c++ re-distributable packages from microsoft website, it worked for me on win 10
