Hello I am having the problem that my stamina bar is not depleting which means i can cast signs again as soon as the casting animation has finfished.
Uninstalling the console eabler mod did not fix the problem as well as repairing the game in gog-galaxy.
on a sidenote though when i used the god cheat with the console the stamina bar was normal while the health did not go down
I am hoping that patch 1.0.7 fixes this

if you have altered the game by modding & then repairing/updating the game back to vanilla the problem you have will be a completely separate issue that i doubt any of the changes in v1.07 will fix

it's probably a better idea to backup your saves & uninstall the Witcher 3 & all it's files & then install the game again so you are using a completely vanilla version of the game

I had this "problem" against the final boss, so I could whirl and whirl and whirl like a madman.

In my case, it wasn't a mod, nor a cheat. Just a strange glitch.

You may have a glitch, but don't forget that the Superior version of Tawny Owl doesn't count down at night. The timer stops, so it is active all the time...

This happened to me on my first playthrough - and I thought it was a [nice] glitch - but that's how that potion works...

Well i had to load a two hour earlier save to get rid of the bug reinstalling it did not not fix it so somewhere during the now or newer quest the bug happened
i didnt install the console enabler mod this time but from googling i found that there is aparrently a stamina glitch with certain decotations so i really hope 1.0.7 fixes that because i want to play the game without such glitches
If this wasnt my 2nd playthrough i would perhaps be a bit more annoyed

Back when the game was first released, there was a feature that if you were using the combat skill Flood of Anger and cast a sign while having 3 adrenaline points available, your stamina would be increased permanently.
