Fenixp: You can't find them for free, unless you wish to pirate them. You can buy ebooks on Amazon.

I hate the game-inspired covers.

AvallacHRoche: nooooooooo
so I should borrow them (Sh.t)(yeah. I hate books like other gamers)
They are worth every penny. Highly addictive stuff.

I also think that every book the penny `s is worth, I read them after I played Witcher 1 times, but they got me on loan in the public libary , had all but one band.

@ AvallacHRoche i know many gamers who also like to read.

A heretic! Kill it with fire!
I too read some of the books, and was left scratching my head over the pair. I think "love at first sight" is the only explanation. The heart wants what it wants.

The one (and maybe only) scene in the game that provides some insight to Yennefer is the scene with the priestesses right after they discover their sacred grove has been spoiled. It may depend on dialogue choices, but she takes the fall for the whole thing (as she should). She cares deeply for Geralt, but rarely demonstrates it.

In the game world, it often feels like magic users are lumped with Witchers in the level of disdain the general population shows. Geralt usually takes it in stride, but Yenn tends to fight back in both word and attitude.

Without books, there would be few games, and less knowledge in general.

I changed my mind! Some books are interesting Like: R.L Stine or J.R.R Tolkien Stories - Witcher Stories and a few other scientific books

there are many great books you just have first find what you like to read :)
This is the fact: I dislike Yennefer greatly. A thoroughfully arrogant and condescending bitch that is. Some of these people here argue for her. This is because she is Geralt's 'soulmate' in the books and also because the Witcher 3's
narrative steers the player towards her. "She cares deeply for Geralt". That could be possible, but unlikely, considering she seldom gives him much credit and treats him like a fool in everything she does with him. Triss isn't perfect either, I suppose, but is a more emotional character, and treats Geralt and his friends as if they are normal, complicated people. Very much unlike Yen, in which she would have Emyr as her servant if she had her way(she's already done that to Geralt, depending on player choices). And Albarok, don't be discouraged by Hickory, he likes to argue(whether he's/she's right or wrong).

Spoken (all of it) like a person who's completely out of touch with how people tick, and also like a person who likes to bitch and moan. Nothing new here.

I suppose that would be the difference between having and not having information from books about her. She was willing, on multiple occasions, to risk her life for him. Arguably, she even gave her life for him, which is continuity kinda broken by the games. You can't really care more than that. Whereas Triss... Let's just say that the way she met Geralt in the first place was when she was envious of Yen and managed to seduce Geralt one time.

Yeah, I suppose that information from the books could change the way we think quite a lot.

In what way am I out of touch? I was mostly speaking about what happens in the game. And you are the one doing all the bitching and moaning, just go and look at all your useless posts. Easy as that.

Well, let's see shall we? Prefacing your rant with "This is the fact:" for starters. I'm sure that every single person who has an opinion different than yours is out of touch, but not you. Oh no, not you.

I speak my mind and people don't like it when you do that. They tend to reach for the all-powerful de-rep button <snicker> I've done no moaning; I never moan. You, on the other hand, have a history of it.

You see, that is the fact, that i dislike Yen. How is that bad? And I never said that anybody else was wrong here. Not once. I was just stating what I saw in the game.
You say you speak your mind. Doesn't almost everybody speak their mind? Most of the people on this planet maybe? And you were moaning. Just go look at your useless posts that contributed nothing to the topic of this thread. And where is my history? Anybody could easily see yours, through all the arguments you've had with a large amount of people.
low rated

Absolutely not. Most people say what they think other people expect them to say; they sugar coat everything in platitudes. Politeness has become a disease.
And where is my history?
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're clever enough to find that all by yourself.
