when i press play the play button goes to grey and then back to green that's all and its saves to the cloud. thats all

Not sure if doing a repair via the client is what did it but I disabled cloud saved and then did repair and the game started working for me.

I was having the same issue tonight. Verify and repair worked for me, didn't disable cloud saves. Not sure what happened since I played a just few days ago, but it verified, downloaded 2.6 GB of data and now the game will launch.
