i got the free digitial copy from geforce and im wondering how to download witcher 3 do i just download all the parts and run the first installer?

Yes. You can download all the parts in your browser and then run the installer. Or you can install GOG Galaxy (the completely optional client), and it will do it for you.

Either use Galaxy for game installation or just follow this to get the installer and install game manually.
