If someone could pls explain me how to install TheWitcher3 would be great.
All the things i downloaded are VLC Mediaplayer.bin is it normal`?
And do i have to move all of the downloaded in a new Folder or should i leave them in the Gog.Downloader Folder?

If you're talking about offline installer, then you need to download 7 parts, 1 .exe + 6 .bin, put them in one place and execute exe file. Leave the option to check files integrity checked (by default). If some files are corrupted, the installer will tell you and you will have to re-download that particular file. Otherwise it will continue installing the game. It doesn't matter from which folder you execute the installer.

There should be 7 files:
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-1
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-2
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-3
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-4
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-5
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-6

They are the .bin files (the files that your VLC player is trying to use). there is also a exe file:
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28

It it should look like a orange square with a circle(a disk) in it. Click on it and a installer should start. The installer will work the same way you install any program.

You don't check file integrity, the installer does it for you. The only thing you need to do is start it, given all the files in the same place.

Follow killum101's detailed instructions and you'll be ok.

First you need to add them to your Account

For now only the first two are available, the rest will be released successively in the following days.
Once added, you can either download separate installers and install it manually, or you can use the Galaxy client to install them for you.

I'm having that same issue.. I woke up this morning and the game still says I'm missing a piece that will release on May 19th..its 6:44am eastern time and I don't see anything else to download. Am I looking in the wrong place? Sorry new to PC gaming and never used this site.

which version? GOG? Retail? Galaxy?
You can download the necessary patch 1.01 either from http://play.thewitcher.com/ or your GOG library and install it manually or use the Galaxy client to update the game for you.
