help me i don't know how to install any of16 free dlc's
aplication see my game i can play it i have 16 dlc programy "bought" but i cant use thouse blody dlc's and i cant configure or get to download extras section. and still don't know anything help

You can either download them manually from here:
https://www.gog.com/account (click on The Witcher 3, they are listed under "DLC Downloads").

Or if you're using GOG Galaxy, click on the Witcher 3, then More -> Configure -> under "Available Content" tick the DLC you want to install.

If neither show the DLC, try refreshing your GOG account by clicking this https://www.gog.com/user/refresh then check again.

but there is problem i can't use configure and web site don't see my game eather (aplication do see it)

Did you buy the DVD version? If so you need to redeem the code on the back of the manual here:
