I started a New Game yesterday with the Roach mod, Increased creature loot mod and Carry Capacity mod, but after an hour I noticed that I didn't get any money from looting nor from quests. So today I deinstalled all mods and went for a clean New Game but while now I sometimes get money from quests, money I loot from chests and so on is still not added to my inventory? Can anyone help me?

You don't get money from loot. You get orins and florins which you have to exchange for money at Vivaldi's bank in Novigrad.
