Hey guys i bought the witcher 3 from gog but i want to buy the dlc, so the problem is the expansion pack is 25 $, but in steam it's nearly 18 $, so if i buy the dlc from steam can i play it in the game that i bought it from gog?

No. However, they are the same price at GOG and Steam at this time. See attached image.
