ENG:

(forgive my english, i used google translator).

As seen in the image, for some reason sometimes does not load the full hair of Geralt in HairWorks mode. It usually happens after a loading screen, or after a dialogue, sometimes it loses little by little when entering and leaving load screens, or sometimes starts the game with little hair.
I have a GTX 1060 6GB, with updated drivers, I'm playing with Hairworks to the fullest.
I have not noticed this problem with beasts like wolves or griffins.

ESP:

This looks like a driver issue to me. You might consider changing them. If you're using the newest, try installing older ones.

Standard driver uninstall leaves behind many leftovers and as a result may not solve driver related problems. You can try to use Display Driver Uninstaller (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to completely remove all remnants of the old drivers. Also when you install new ones remember to check the clean install box. Moreover try to skip on everything that's not the driver and PhysX Software. You can choose which components to install when you select custom option in the installer.
