I'm pretty sure the patches didn't add the dlc or anything since I have no DLC option menu,
Did you try both methods? If not, which one did you try?
Not all DLCs show up in the options menu in game so make sure some of those who do were selected and installed.
To see which DLCs show up in the options menu check the main post.

HI. i bought the game using dvd rom, then i tried to connect it using the activation code. when i try connect it it doesnt connect and restart and it still says not connected when i try to connect using the same code again it says code is used. can anyone help me please? :(

Since the final DLC is about to be released, I propose GOG to make complete DLC pack available to download as one file. 16 separate files is a bit much to bother.

Hurray, New DLCs! We now have 16 out of the 16 DLCs in the program, the newest is:
16. New Game +
That is it people! The final DLC has landed and is ready for you to enjoy. Thank you all for the wonderful response to the guide it has been a pleasure!
Don't forget to give your thanks to CD Project Red for these great DLCs they gave us for free.

Are you running the latest version of the game (1.08.2 if I am not mistaken)?
I am really not sure what the problem is so I would suggest you open a new thread on the forum and see if someone can help you.

Like I said using galaxy worked, so for me personally it's not a problem anymore. I assume it's still a problem for manually running the dlc install files, though, but it's no longer my problem.

My mistake, thought you wrote both methods didn't work.

I had the same issue as you did and see that you resolved it by using the Galaxy method. I downloaded Galaxy and started to follow the steps outlined in this post, and it is essentially making me re-download the game first. Is this what you experienced as well?!
