I just wonder how fast does support respond in general?
I have problem with the GOG code for Thw Witcher since don’t know on what mail i registered in the first place.
I means that after reinstall i can’t patch the game and can’t play my saved games.
They can be fast or rather slow,it depends on the line up.
mmm, slow this time then 3th day now… And i stand on my toe wanna try the game with my new hardware.

That means you submitted your ticket on the weekend. There is only skeleton crew at weekends. GOG employees have lives too. Be patient.
If you don't know "what mail" you registered with, why don't you just search through all your mail (boxes) for an email from GOG? Should only take seconds. Or search all your email addresses for "Witcher 3".

When you find the mail, note which email address and if you can't remember what password you used, you can ask for a reset for that email. Should be simple.
