So i bought "free dlc program" but when i click on witcher 3: wild hunt on my account page i get the following :"You don't have the base product necessary to play the DLC. You can buy it below or redeem it if you already have the code. "
So my question is does goty have integrated free dlc program ?

Yes. GOTY includes everythiing published regarding Witcher 3.
