Surfinjo: This sounds like a sound card conflict issue. You really need to post a brief summary of your kit.
Which CPU, Graphics card, Sound card and so on, you have.
Are you getting the written texts? If these are not appearing then presumably Geralt hasn't actually said anything. He isn't exactly the chatty type.
chr080889: i do not know the the details of my PC. i did not build it but a good friend of mine build it for me. lets just say i can play any game in ultra graphic with no lag. but back to the game. there is no subtiltels. and that confuses me. cause he sits down and look just like evry other time he investegate.
The reason I asked was to establish if your hardware is sufficient for the task. Witcher 3 needs a lot of tough hardware.
There is a free program which you can get from MajorGeeks.com to identify your hardware. This version is portable which means it isn't installed on your PC so won't cause any conflicts later.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/tweaking_com_hardware_identify_portable.html Also, you should update your drivers. By the sound of it, this hasn't been done and will help you enormously.
There is an program from Microsoft called SlimDrivers which will identify and update all out of date drivers.
It is free and works. Though you do have to download each driver individually.
You can do a Google search for it or get it from MajorGeeks.com.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/slimdrivers.html Though it says it is Ad-supported, in fact, the only ad is when you first install, you are offered a download of another software. Click Decline and SlimDrivers will install as normal.
If I may add, do be careful with utility programs, especailly those which promise everything. Only ever download from a reputable source, MajorGeeks, or Bleeping Computer for example. But read the details of what they do and how they do it. Unless you understand what you are using, you really shouldn't.
Please do get back and say how you get on and good luck
