Can someone help me?

I bought the Game, wanted to play it and it diden´t start. I can mash the "play-button" as much as i want, still nothing....

As of today (haven't tried playing in a month or two), I've got the same problem. Doesn't matter if through Galaxy or by itself. It doesn't launch. For some weird reason I get a few beeps from my speakers, and then just nothing happens.

It only spawns a bunch of "GalaxyClient Helper.exe" processes that do nothing.
