I had that when I installed 1.07. Turns out the free camera/debug mod left a "plugin" folder and deleting it fixed the problem. You might look for leftover files.

It's the console enabler mod. Yours is out of date. Go to the mod page and update it.

I don't understand.

I am not sure, if I installed a mod. I only downloaded the stuff, available using the GOG Galaxy.
Where is the camera/debug mod normally installed, where is this folder left?

It is not the camera/debug mod. That error message is caused by the hacked dsound.dll that comes with the console enabler mod. The author has updated the mod to make it compatible with patch 1.07.
