Is it just me or is the Witcher 3 download via Galxy Client ultra-slow?

From avalible 10 MB/s I just get 1MB/s to 1.5 MB/s

It's not galaxy, got everything fast week ago. I think it's because of the heavy load - everyone download in last day. So it's OK.
(eastern europe, 1 Gb/s, got all parts in few minutes)

That's what I'm assuming, too.

Their servers can't handle the load.
