Everytime I close the game I get a failed to sync message.
I recently had to reinstall w3 because I got an "data access error". so since that reinstall I've been having these issues.

And also everytime I start the game I get a message saying "welcome to the game of the year edition".
I have to wait a few seconds before I continue, which is frustrating for me.

Is there any way to reset the save game cloud?

Also all my gameplay setting are reset everytime I start the game again. things like "enemy upscaling, ...
It's pretty anyoning. anyone know a solution?
I've tried turning off cloud sync, but that doesn't seem to do the trick..

thanks for answering. After having this issue I've turned off the cloud sync, after that everyting worked normally, expect syncing ofcourse.
I tried it again now, to sync to the cloud, still gives me "failed to sync", but at least my settings stays.
here is my dxdiag.txt hopefully you can see something there. (it's password protected, i don't want eveyone to see what pc I have, so pm me for the password.)

I also suggest trying to reinstall GOG Galaxy, as it seems it can fix issues, considering file download/upload, like the one mentioned in the thread below.

Hi alitro.

It could be a specific file or a number of files, that are corrupting the client's installation, leading to the saves' synchronization issue.
Due to my lack of knowledge of which one(s) could be the culprit(s), I resort to the safest solution of uninstalling and reinstalling the client in its entirety.
The action of uninstalling the client does not delete your game's files, which can be imported after reinstalling the client. You will have to go through customizing the client's settings, according to your previous preferences though.
