i dowload the patch and when i run it it fails help????;(

What was the error? Did you install core game before? Provide some info please, otherwise it'd be impossible to help.

i installed all downloads but when i run the exe file and go to options it says that there are installer parts missing ....help :s

In this nice FAQ you'll find a list of installer files (7 parts) and hash sums for them. It seems you've got some missing or broken files. Re-download them and try installing again.
