I am wondering why cdpk shouldn't release a mod for Witcher 3 wild hunt. I mean mod like E3 trailer that came year ago. I know some 3rd party mods but it will be cool if we have a official one

Because it would make your PC explode then you'd whine about that too.

Until they start cyperpunk they r gonna focus on Witcher 3
it will be a good dlc for players.

They will definitely work on a mod that would benefit 0.01% of the player base rather than working on actual issues. Don't hold your breath though.
They are pretty busy with bug fixes and two big DLC's. besides they are already giving you 2 new mods (DLC's) each week. Or have you forgot that?
Sorry for breaking this to ya Goodmongo, but the so called free DLC is content already created along with the main game and cut off to pull off this DLC PR stunt. Don't get me wrong it worked marvelously for them, but all you and I and the rest of the playetbase got was to play the game without those bits.

And before all the fanboys and tweens attack me, im not bashing anyone, just stating a - by now - proven fact.

So you say this is a proven fact? Where is the proof? Where was it ever stated that all of these DLC's were complete BEFORE May 19th? Proven usually requires, well you know proof. I haven't seen it but maybe you can help show us where it was stated. Otherwise it's just conjecture.

There were references to the fact that DLC was going to be released in the game files, sure - they'd already planned to provide post launch DLC before release, so obviously it made sense for them to reference it/have the systems in place to use it before the content was provided.

The actual DLC files weren't there though, hence the downloads for them each week. If it was just unlocking content already in the game, all they'd need to do would release patch that's a few KB each week.

I completely agree with MrBMT. Why would the new quest Fool's Gold need 77 MB if it was done before May 19th?
The DLCs were made long ago I think, check this vid on YouTube => /watch?v=A3FgnjpZWV0 , fast forward to 2:29, it's a gameplay demo back in January 2015. It shows Contract:Missing Miners at 2:29 , it's one of the free DLC.

I think The Fool's Gold was also mentioned in the leaked file back in 2014, copy paste this link to your browser : i.imgur.com/hEhJlBO.jpg , It's under sq107 PIGS NML , side quest 107 pigs no man's land.

The game was once confirmed to have 40gb in installation size on PC, 50gb on PS4/XBOX1 , but it turned out to be 25gb on PC.

A lot of things in this game were constantly changing during the game's development. For example, in one of the 2014 videos, you get the information about Johnny from Dijkstra, not from the granny.
See Calmmo1, this is how you provide some actual evidence to back up claims:

Thanks for posting Smurfin, that's interesting as it means at least some of the DLC was hooked into the game at that point.

(That's not to say for sure it's the same as it is now, as it could have been completely non-functional and just been a placeholder, had different completion requirements, etc. but interesting nonetheless.)
