Good morning, i have The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - Complete Edition on my GOG account, how can i download the next-gen update version? i have no download options

You need to uncheck "keep the game updated to newest version" additional options appear where you select 4.0

Hello, unchecking of "keep the game updated to the newest version" can't be done. The box is greyed-out, can't cklick on it. Tried it on win10 with and without admin-rights. Also deinstall and reinstall GOG galaxy. Someone has the same prob or any suggestion?

Don't do it. I had a game in English, all good. Now... suddendly the menu is in Russian, and I don't even know how to change it back (yeah, every settings in GOG is in English, as I'm in UK - and all other games are good). Witcher 3? nah... suddendly Russian. I've asked for a refund from GOG, and also Uninstalled this crap. Rather go with a torrent re-pack.

Did you already try a de-/re-install of the game? Even when updating most of the game is downloaded anyway, so no real loss.

To TannHauser72 - very smart my dude. Just so you know all the torrent repacks are usually made by russian, russian and another russian. Also the sites are often russian based. So GL !
Plenty of other games to play (currently I have about 20+ games installed, and I even love Cyberpunk 2077 -> 30h so far so not a lot but I do enjoy the game).
As re-packaging the games and torrent. Nah. A lot is not from Russia. Unless you just go by usual searches and don't care about viruses, bit coin miners and so on. Stupid move there if you don't. And why do you assume I don't know that?
But there are also some interesting websites that are re-packaging the games, by people that are curious about... data compression, that goes beyond usual ZIP/RAR compressions. Or how to make the installer smaller, or faster. It is actually interesting too. And Witcher 3 is a good example of that, as it is very easy to re-package with top level compressions, and all DLCs (after all, you can add nexus modss yourself later on, quite easy too).
All in all: I've tried to pay for the game, installed it 2-3 times, just to be sure. At the end, I ended up with Russian language. Screw that.
