I was looking at getting the expansion pass for Witcher 3 and saw that they just released the Goty. Do All the Goodies and extras come with the expansion pass or just the dlcs? A large part of me buying it is for the OSTs which are the bomb. also curious if anything extra comes in the Goty that you can't get from just buying just the DLCs or the Pass?

No, the GoTY edition is identical in content (and bonuses) to those who have the base game + DLCs
