So I'm on my second playthrough, and am holding back a bit because of this weekly DLC thing. When the previous quests, Gwent DLC and witcher armour came out I had already completed the game so it seemed like there was little point other than to wait a bit for all the improvements to be made in case I miss out anything at the beginning and start the whole game again.

What do you think the final DLC will be?

I hope its something story related, for example - bringing back Iorveth (although I read somewhere that something bad had happened to him) or being allowed to talk to characters post game that have disappeared again.

If I had to guess I'd say they would want to end with something "big". Therefore I assume it will be a quest, something among the line of "Where the Cat and the Wolf Play".
On the other hand, maybe that's just wishful thinking :D

Edit: It could also be this Triss thing, they were talking about. Or did that already happen with 1.07?

DLC 16: you can give flowers, rings or dresses to women, just like in the good old Witcher 1.

Perhaps the last piece of DLC will fix the achievements lol :)

A while ago (I think two weeks before CDPR released 1.07), they announced something huge is coming and they were going to change the Triss ending.

CDPR acknowledged that some important decisions made in previous games, with Triss for example, had absolutely no consequence in TW3, and stated that they were going to address the matter.

Alternative look for Roach?

I would be extremely surprised if it was the Triss changes because (1) voiceacting seems to be implied in the 'Triss update' and they could not complete additional voiceacting in this timeframe; and (2) I suspect that all the DLC that CDPR is releasing requires a lot more planning than people give it credit for and I suspect they had all 16 DLCs planned out months in advance.
