I tried to download the witcher 3 again but after it was completely downloaded it said "installation failed disc acces problem" i download it to my d drive which has 821 GB free space so i don't get why it doesn't work.
I hope someone knows the solution

It sounds like your C: drive, where your %TEMP% folder is, is either out of space -- the installer requires TONS of space -- or you have a permissions issue. I'd guess the first, in which case you need to move your temp folder to a drive with oodles of space. Search online how to move your temp folder.
