My quest obj is to find what binds the noonwraith to the well. I've found the bracelet and rested til noon. It's not showing up. Is this a bug?

above ground directly aside the well there should be a skeleton lying around which has to be used. try traveling away and coming back.

The skellie should be hanging in the well and you activate it to get it on the ground to examine.

If you've find the bracelet, means that you already dived under water and came back up ground. The quest should say you that you have to burn the skeleton and the bracelet together. Go near the skeleton, press the button.

Hi there.
After you get out of the water, there should be a pile of bones near the well. Just interact with it, equip Yrden and prepare for a one helluva fight.

Also, be sure you have the entry for the noonwraith in your Bestiary, and, you have to read it. I couldn't activate the burning of the corpse until I did that. Hope that helps.
