I have played the game on launch without any problems, however, after coming back to it now It seem that it crashed everytime I die or during some transitions( Playing as Ciri or changing region). It's now impossible to continue the playthrough.

Yep...PSU can't be ignored--the W3 pushes the hardware (nothing pushes computer hardware like 3d games.) People often mistakenly believe that if their browser runs OK then so should their 3d game...;)

I've never had a problem with W3 from the start, and I'm on Win10x64 version 1511, with an R9 380 4GB card. I also run a 750W semi-modular PSU with 62A on the 12v rail (x1).

Even if it is not the PSU tipps like the event viewer can not hurt and I did not want to write everything again :-D
