I just installed the newest GOG Galaxy 1.2.0. I got 5 games and all were updated to support the new feature, but while 4 got correctly synced, it looks like something is wrong for The Witcher 3. Altough it does try to perform a cloud backup every time I start or exit the game, Galaxy keeps telling me "Not synced cloud saves" in the library. How to fix?

It started to work for me several days ago. Haven't really done anything, besides updating to the last GOG Galaxy.
Same problem but only just started this week cloud saves not syncing in W3
Hi! I also get the same error message, cloud saves not synced. I worked for some time, but now it doesnt any more.
Same issue here. It worked for me before but since 2 days it can't sync to the Cloud anymore.
EDIT: Just after posting I tried playing again and all of a sudden it worked :)

I do have the same problem, never made it work. Any chance to solve this problem?

To anyone who have a problem with cloud saves not working, please report an issue on http://mantis.gog.com/bug_report_page.php - there are instructions there, logs are most important. Only then we can fix your issue(s).

Also please write what do you see on the right side of the PLAY button - is there "Cloud saves not synced", or "Cloud saves synced" label.

It happens to me irregularly. Next time I will report as requested, but ...

I played Emperor:RotMK at home, it sync'd, I played at work, it sync'd, but when I came home again I got 'not synced'. When I exited Emperor, Galaxy claimed to sync'd but in fact the saves from work never showed up (lost about an hour's play).

But, where do I find the log files you mention? and do you need them from both machines?

Instructions are on the page I've mentioned - first you need to log in there, and go to bug report page.

I guess both machines. :) Please describe a single case of when you've played and the save didn't sync well.
Cloud saves not syncing here either. Looking through the CommunicationService.log, CURL seems to be timing out when attempting to reach cloudstorage.gog.com. Every machine on my network can reach that host successfully, even the machine where the GOG Client times out.

The GOG Client must be doing something very strange with CURL to fail like this.
Sent a report, Cloud does not work fo rme too, rendering my games useless to me unless I want to replay 2 weeks of gameplay. I also failed to make a backup of my saves. Made a post on the posted link.

Firewall has not been an issue thus far.
Hey all, seems most had the fortune of having it start working again without any action. What I did was in settings for the game in galaxy, switch "sync local saves to cloud" from on to off then on again, launch the game, exit, and then it worked for me--cloud saves synced again. Hope this helped. <3
Clous saves are a JOKE. they give you UNLIMITED save games but LIMITED cloud storage. the deal breaker is 1024 MB storage quota for you cloud saves vs in my case 3803 MB local save games

this will never work.

[x] filled a bug report XD
