Hello,
I dont know why but I simply cannot upgrade my witcher gear. I have all diagrams, did the quests and yet the items dont show up when I go see a master armorsmith. I even tried modifying the general.ini settings to allow console commands to open in game and get it that way, tried all keys and still won't open.
So yeah Im stuck with lvl 2 wolf gear which sucks considering that I want better gear to start the first expansion.
Any suggestions ?

It is bug. And developers never mind on it.
There are others sets missed too.

Yours. (youtube links after ...watch?v=)

Are you sure you're visiting a master armorer, and not the amateur one?

Yeah, crows perch theres that skellige chick...
Any suggestion to open the console? If I cant get the armor set through the game I might as well cheat to get it.
I got the same issue. On all sets but one I am missing parts even though all quests are done.

I assume that I´m missing all the patters which I found before I received the quests for them. Cant say for sure though because I never checked right away if they got added after I looted them.

Awesome that they give you the grandmaster pattern but you cant craft it cuz you are missing one before that.

On the other hand I can craft one grandmaster set without even having to have the previous versions done. Forgot the name but it is the one where you can use 3 different oils on your sword.

Open your crafting screen. Press "F" (for filter). Any option activated?

If you don't (and didn't) use any cheats, mods, console commands then upload your savegame and post the link. I will have a look at it.
Sounds a bit strange. You are sure you have all the required ingredients, and there isn't a filter to hide items you can't craft for instance, due to lacking all ingredients?

Oh, and is it swords you want to craft, or armour? The crafters in Crow's Perct are armourers, so can't craft swords (and ofc it takes a while before the chick is 'unlocked'). Until Hattori is unlocked, it's kind of a pain to find a blacksmith that can craft Witcher gear. The one near the fish market in Novigrad is journeyman so can do it, but very annoyingly the icons for those don't show up on the world map, unless you are close enough to spit on them. No idea why they did it like that.

Nope did nothing you mentioned, just played the game. I usually start modding when I´m through with a game at least once (if even) and I´m losing interest in games fast when I start cheating thus I didnt cheat anymore in decades.

Attached one of the savegames in zip format. It's a savegame after I finished the storyline but played on to get all questionmarks on the map finished too. Just a few unrelated secondary quests left on this one including one I cant finish because I was at the destination already before I got the quest thus can not finish the quest anymore (one of many quests that you can not finish if you have been at the destination before you got the quest).

Some patterns are simply missing. It is not about missing materials.
