Hi I can't save the game in v4.0 evey time I press the save it shows to me that massage :

and when I press on load game or continue it shows to this massage :

yeah same as me and I am asking for solution

Found the solution !
Uninstall the game and delete every witcher files on it (also delete every mods if you have some).
Then install it again.
had to do it twice in order to work. Now it works fine :)
