I can't redeem my code that I received for purchasing the game.
Is that because the whole redeeming system has been disabled because of the fraude lately?

I don't think so. What happens when you try to redeem? Don't be so mysterious.

I think this is a case for the official GOG support. Redeeming a legit key should never be a problem. I too bought Witcher 3 retail and then redeemed the code from the package on GOG.

It depends on where you bought the game. You cannot redeem a Steam code at GOG, for example.

I bought it on www.gamesync.nl (don't know if links are allowed)
When I try to redeem the code in either the browser (I tried different browsers) or in the GOG galaxy client, I click continue, but literally nothing happens, not even a message shows up or anything, I hope I have informed you enough.

Hickory: It depends on where you bought the game. You cannot redeem a Steam code at GOG, for example.
I bought it at www.gamesync.nl and it says it's a GoG code

On the gamesync website it says: "Categorie:Steam"

As I said, you cannot redeem a Steam code at GOG.

I have a simmilar issue. I don't get a error when I enter the code. I don't get a game either. Simply nothing happens. It is strange...

I have sent a ticket to the support desk, but they've yet to answer... I'll update when they answer!

I contacted the seller and he told me to contact GOG support, as they have seem to have some issues. Waiting for support to respond.

Me too, and he said that the cd-key is valid ( so it's not a problem of the reseller ).
I cleared browser cache , turned off java and adblocker but nothing solves the problem ( i tried on different devices too ).
They can't activate it for us?
I saw this post on another topic :

"update: 15h later I tried it again, now it worked without problems, key was accepted. (maybe reseller had to submit the sold key to gog? - nobody knows and I do not care now) :o)"

But i bought it more than 24 h ago....
