i have downloaded every part of the game and when i try to extract it a volume required dialog pops up ? D:\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.29-1.rar

This is a sign that one of the archives was corrupted while downloading. I'm guessing you downloaded through the browser. In your case setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.29-1.rar. Redownload it with the downloader.

Actually i download it through internet download manager, do i have to download the whole game again ?

That's odd the Downloader was specifically made to prevent file corruption while downloading. Download the part 1 archive first see if it still gives you the error for the second part. Just skip redownloading the parts that work.
Either way the error-protection should kick in and just redownload the fragments that are corrupted.
