How can get help? Can't achieve payment ,opened two tickets(2dye ago) no response.
And limited time discount is getting over.
So all support team are off?

It has been holiday time in most parts of Europe, and the Polish team have been away for a while, that's why you haven't had a response: only skeleton crew available.
