Anyone solved the problem with Marquise Serenity in Passiflora? I can't finish the Gwent side quest because I can't interact with her. Quest marker is on her, I can see name in green, but no interaction prompt and pressing "E" does nothing. Reloading save, meditating to different times of day, trying to hit her etc... Nothing works.

Found this, hope it works for you.
This appears to be a bug created by Patch 1.5. I had the same issue, luckily, I think I found a way to work around it. Not sure if this will work for you but I assure you it did for me. The first thing you need to do is to load up a saved game prior to attempting to talk to Marquise Serenity. Once you have done this, do not enter the Passiflora until it is Mid-Day or Noon. You can meditate until Mid-Day this will affect the workaround. Upon entering the Passiflora at Noon, do not go to speak to Marquise Serenity, instead go to the room in the first Floor where the ♥♥♥♥♥s are making them selves presentable and bathing, should be the other room on the first floor. Then walk towards the back end of the room next to the water tub in the corner. It should be noted that this is were Marquise Serenity should normally be for the Quest to not be Bugged! A cut scene should initiate without you having to do anything.

I already did that, long time ago. I'm not talking about the quest for Sigi. I'm talking about the Gwent side quest, where you have to play with Vimme Vivaldi first, then with Serenity. Marquise is bugged and blocking the progress.

Okay.
Well, that is f****** fantastic... Patch fixed the issue, but I did a lot of other missions while waiting for a fix and now I'm too far in the main story line. I won a card from Serenity, but Dijkstra doesn't want to talk. All he says after pushing "E" on him is "White wolf?" and that's it, because he's in the middle of a quest to kill "certain very important person".
So now, not only I won't get Ciri card and not collect all of them but also I wasn't playing the game for the last two weeks (except running around doing nothing in particular) to not advance the main story line beyond the point, where I won't be able to talk to Dijkstra at all... I was waiting for nothing... Great. Thanks.

Sorry for salty post, but I was just screwed over by a one, tiny bug in the game.

There are safeguards for Gwent cards that are made unavailable through quest choices. If/when a card becomes permanently unavailable (ie. somebody has died), check your quest log. It will advise you to seek out the card.

I didn't say Dijkstra dies....

[!!!! MASSIVE SPOILER !!!!]

...but in fact he did die and I got his card. But Ciri card is in possesion of an elven merchant, Dijkstra is supposed to tell me about after I beat him and dead people don't talk. But, it turns out he doesn't have to tell me about it at all. After taking the card from his dead corpse, I rode to the merchant and he was more than happy to play with me. I've got Ciri :D
