Can we have a sticky for the exact order of manually installing Witcher 3 and all dlc and patches for new install, or at least post in this thread the install order, thx

I tried that and the patch installers kept throwing an error at me. I had to do it from the beginning.

Hickory: I tried that and the patch installers kept throwing an error at me. I had to do it from the beginning.
Oh, what shall i do then, dont really want to reinstall all again, so you reckon that order is wrong then ? there will be alot of other people just wanting to update i reckon.

No, the order I posted is right, if you install from scratch. With so many permutations of installations, I can only guess that the 1.30 patch can get confused. I'm only telling you what happened in my case, and many other cases I have seen, where the 1.30 patch throws an error if you upgrade from a current 1.22, but if you start from scratch in the order I gave, no such errors occur, and the game installs correctly.
