Yes you probably can. I have played it with an AMD Radeon 6850 with 1 GB VRAM. You have even 2 GB. Just don't expect to use the highest settings or anything - in fact be prepared for "low". If you can live with that, don't let anything stop you.
Even on low the Witcher 3 looks fine and it's so immersive IMHO, that you forget all about it once you start playing.

But on what resolution I can play? I prefer 1080p but i can play 1440/1600x900. I watched films on yt. On full hd guys have 30 with low-medium settings, but on 900p they have 35fps on medium-high.

I think you have to expect that no more than 720p will be very realistic, at least not if you try to get ~30 FPS constantly.

the best way to find out would be by visiting Can You RUN it & scanning your PC to check if it can handle the Witcher 3

I use it all is with "tick" but it's based on minimaly requirements

if you have scanned your PC & it's meets the Minimum requirements then you are able to run the Witcher 3, you will be able to play in 1080p & will probably get between 30-45fps. If you want to run the game at higher fps then you will have to upgrade the hardware in your PC.

I must say that I even run Witcher 3 on my geforce gt630m however fps on low details were very, very poor.
I decided to use Witcher 3 Hunter's Config 0.7.7 to lower my graphical settings. It looks terrible, but works like a charm (with native resolution!) :D Maybe you should give it a try too :)

Hey mate! Do not listen to the official system requirements or any websites. I am sure you can run it. I have AMD Radeon HD 6950 and I run the game on med-high settings, though my videocard is below min.
