Every time i try to load up the witcher 3 it crashes i've tried everything to fix it but keeps blurring out with pixel screens and crashing before reaching main menu? i've uninstalled and reinstalled it still happens

EDIT* thankyou for the help, i solved the problem by going into my nvidia settings, windowing it and lowering resolution to get it started again then wacked it back up to optimal settings now running no problem.

EDIT* Its still not letting me play in fullscreen, windowed works fine with ultra graphics, an yeah my drivers are all up to date (:

System specs? Artifact/pixel problems are usually caused by faulty or overheating GPU.

Intro can't overheat GPU, there is no massive 3D load.

True. Sounds like a driver issue - things getting called during gfx initialisation that the current driver doesn't get along with.

Is your graphics driver current? If not, try updating it.

Probably not, if the fans are working. Tbh I didn't really focus on the part that the crash happens before main menu. :\
Try looking into your event viewer to see if there is an error getting reported. First try and run the program to generate the ‘problem’ with a current date stamp, then type ‘event viewer’ into the search field at the bottom of the start menu and open the viewer. Go to custom views\administrative events and sort the list by date (may take a loooong time to generate the list if you have a bad sector on the hard drive that is generating tons of errors). If there is a problem it should show up here and let you know what is happening.

Can’t tell you how to fix anything, but this has helped me figure out what problems were occurring countless times on my system.
