It won't update to the patch or something because the Play button is greyed out and it gave me some error about the patch, I tried to verify files and stuff but that didn't work either. Really don't want to lose all my progress!

Not sure what to do... Wanted to finally play Heart of Stones expansion after a hard day of work when I wasn't even supposed to be working... Just my luck. :(
The simple answer is don't use Galaxy.

Can you contact support about it? Also, in C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs there are log files that are usually helpful in tracking down what happened, so please attach these logs to the support ticket or post a bug on mantis and assign it to me (Tolya) - it's on mantis.gog.com

I have a similar issue. Since the update Galaxy tries to download a 9.6GB patch, but it's always failing. I suppose, that's a bug. I can upload my logs on mantis too, if it helps.

It says "wrong format" when I try and attach log files... every other game I have ever played uses notepad for such files that are required to be attached in a support tick. Call me puzzled.
I even mentioned this in my ticket about support not accepting notepad as a file for their logs and this is the reply I got about that:

"Please send me Galaxy's log files, which can be found here (you may need to make hidden and system folders visible in otder to get to these files):
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs"

Kinda was expecting that GOG's support actually read tickets in full, but apparently not.
The solution is to uninstall and reinstall everything... Seriously? Any dumbass could figure that out. Really not impressed.
