So, I decided to finish B&W before finishing the main story, I went and killed Eredin, finished the main story, got the quest "Be it ever so humble" and returned to Touissant however I have no quest marker.

Same problem here, posted on forums about this issue. Spread the word! We need a hotfix!

Just go home to your vinyard (you don't need a quest marker).
